Runs- Run Home from Office 10 November, 2009Strangely quiet on the streets tonight. I wonder where everybody was? Still, a perfectly enjoyable, allowed me to clear my head and cool down - but need a new route home. Getting kind of samey, and am looking forward to doing it in reverse soon as it's mostly uphill. - Run Home from Office 1 November, 2009A bit cold and very dark. Usual route back home. Sped up slowly but steadily over the course of the run - felt surprisingly ok by the end in terms of fitness.
